I’m 5 feet and 2.5 inches to be exact…when you’re this short that half inch makes all the difference! :)
I’m just gone 22, not sure exactly what I weigh but roughly 108 lbs, and I’m 5’ 2.5” to be exact :)
Exercise:
Run every day with 1 rest day
2 sessions of slow running, building up distance
2 interval sessions
1 pacing session
Diet:
Cut out carbs as much as possible
Breakfast: Oatmeal or Fruit & Fibre
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Cuppa soup & veggies or wholemeal pitta & veggies
Snack: Fruit
Dinner: Stir fry with lots of veggies and small portion of wholemeal carbs.
